About 2 am

2:00 AM is a painting about becoming in the most mythic, raw, and luminous sense of the word. At its center, a radiant winged figure emerges from the fire, her body aglow, her gaze forward. Around her, shadowed forms watch, reach, burn. She is rising not in spite of the darkness, but because of it.

Painted in acrylic on a 24″ x 36″ canvas, the surface swirls with warmth and motion. Flames become wings, halos become vortexes, and the night becomes a crucible. The central figure is both angel and ember, pulled upward by something unspoken.

This piece is a visual hymn for late-night breakdowns, for those who alchemize pain into power. It asks the viewer to witness what can only be born in the dark and dares them to rise with it.
